We review your qualifications, then work with your office on records sharing and 24/7 Guide access before activation.
Practice commitments after review
Your records commitment
Signed operative notes. Postoperative X-ray images. Reports and addenda. Shared with the patient and Institute through an approved process.
Your patient-experience commitment
No clipboard. No duplicate intake. Your named office contact works with the Guide to receive and review patient information before the visit and arrange a room. Welcome TrueKnee patients directly into a patient room immediately on arrival. Handle remaining questions, signatures, insurance and payments privately in that room.
